Vono respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purposes, on what basis and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August.

  • Data relating to your profile (client, driver, company or partner) and to the request you submit.

  • Provide and manage mobility, relocation and local support services.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, compliance with legal obligations and Vono's legitimate interest in managing and improving its services.

Your data may be shared with service providers acting on Vono's behalf, with platforms and partners necessary to deliver the service and with public authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep data for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

Our website uses essential cookies (to function), analytics cookies (to measure traffic) and, subject to your consent, third-party marketing cookies — such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok — for audience measurement and advertising, including remarketing.
